Objectives
The Total Support Coordinator supports the aftersales objectives of the HINO Parts Department. This role ensures a seamless experience by addressing dealer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with HINO dealers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, a deep understanding of HINO products and services, with a proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist dealers with parts availability, identification, pricing, returns, and related inquiries.
  • Handle and administer dealer returns, credit adjustments, and debit requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Total Support Specialist to engage dealers, encouraging their participation in aftersales promotions and programs.
  • Collaborate with the procurement group to gather supplier information for the shipment of parts, addressing shortages or processing change orders.
  • Handle modifications to sales orders for freight and additional charges as necessary.
  • Maintain and update Hino parts catalogues, Hino Parts quick reference sheets, body collision reference sheets, Hino accessory sheets, and cross-reference information sheets.
  • Translate department documents and bulletins from English to French.
  • Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual French/English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in automotive customer service setting
  • SAP S/4 Hana experience would be an asset
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High-quality problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to answer phone calls and e-mails in a professional manner
  • Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to details with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to exercise initiative, good judgement and discretion in all matters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • WORK ENVIRONMENT

      • Rotating shift schedule (between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
