Objectives
This role supports the objectives of the Sales team by monitoring dealer sales performance trends, processing incentive payments and preparing various reports based on key performance indicators. In addition, this position works with the sales team to maintain a competitive pricing position for HINO trucks in the Canadian marketplace.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to help prepare updated pricing lists for both trucks and options.
- Interact regularly with dealer sales teams regarding the status of their incentive submissions.
- Process all truck sales related incentive program payments.
- Support the creation of sales presentations and supporting materials.
- Prepare various reports and analysis regarding dealer sales results and program usage.
- Assist with vehicle movements, invoicing and other related activities during vacations or absences.
- Contribute to key objectives and strategic projects as required.
- Coordinate with the HMC distribution and logistics team to complete the order-to-delivery process for National Account orders.
- Maintain strong customer relations with National Accounts and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about competitors, competitive dynamics, market trends, and prevailing market conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum post-secondary diploma in business with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills; aptitude for working with operational data. Must possess solid database and Excel skills.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver clear and concise summary.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with teams across multiple functions and departments.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering various projects within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide customer service in a courteous manner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Language: English (required).
