Renin wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not
completely happy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service within 30 days
of delivery.

  • Upon receipt of your purchase, please ensure there has been no clear sign of
    damage to the box during transit. You may refuse delivery if you feel your
    purchase may have been damaged in transit. Please contact Renin Customer
  • Please review the product contents to ensure that all components are included
    before beginning installation process. Should you require any additional parts or discover concealed damage, please contact Renin Customer Service

Additional Details:

  • Please do not discard the box or shipping box your product arrived in until you are
    completely satisfied with your purchase and the 30-day guarantee has passed.
    Should you decide to return your product, we will ask that you provide an
    appropriate shipping carton to safely return the product.
  • Buyers’ remorse returns are the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping costs.

5 Year Limited Warranty

Renin warranties all our products for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. As we manufacture a variety of doors, hardware and d├ęcor products, the warranties will differ. See below for more details on each warranty.

What is your shipping lead time?

After your order confirmation is sent, please allow 2 business days before your order is shipped. Shipping times will vary, however you should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days.
