OBJECTIVES

This position supports the objectives of the Sales Team assisting in maintaining a competitive pricing position for Hino products in the Canadian marketplace.
The position also generates reports to keep track of dealer sales performance trends, process incentive program payments and related functions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the sales and marketing team to help define pricing structure for Hino products.
  • Analyse competitor pricing, industry trends, exchange rates and other metrics relevant to truck pricing.
  • Assist in preparing updated pricing lists for both trucks and options.
  • Maintain model, option, and configuration data in online sales tool.
  • Process all truck sales related incentive program payments.
  • Generate reports to monitor dealer sales for incentive payments.
  • Support the creation of sales presentations and supporting materials.
  • Prepare various reports and analysis upon request.

REQUIRED

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in business with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Higher level with Microsoft Database and Excel.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide customer service in a courteous manner.
  • Organizational and time management skills to complete reports within established timeframes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Regular working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Overtime as required
