NOTIFICATION:

Winners of Full House Lottery’s Early Bird will be Grand Prize winners of the Full House Lottery, will be announced daily Thursday, May 1, 2025 through to Saturday, May 31, 2025. The May 1, 2025 winner will be announced live at the Legacy Signature Grand Prize Dream Home on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at approximately 9:30 am., following the announcement of the 50/50 Extra winner. All winners, including remaining Early Bird winner names will be published on the Full House Lottery website and social media.

Grand Prize winners of the Full House Lottery, will be announced live at the Legacy Signature Grand Prize Dream Home on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at approximately 9:00 am., starting with Grand Prize 3, Grand Prize 2, and finishing with the Grand Prize 1; the Legacy Signature Grand Prize Dream Home. The winner of the 50/50 Extra will be announced live at the Legacy Signature Grand Prize Dream Home on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at approximately 9:15 am., following the announcements of Full House Lottery’s Grand Prize winners. Winners of the Big Summer Bucks will be announced daily Saturday, June 21, 2025 through to Monday, September 22, 2025. The winners’ names will be published on the Full House Lottery website and social media.

Full House Lottery, the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation and the University Hospital Foundation reserve the right to publish the names and likeness of the winners of Full House Lottery, the 50/50 Extra Lottery and the Big Summer Bucks Lottery.

TICKETS:

If a ticket lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to the individual whose name appears first on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals. Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank debit card, cash, cheque, and money order.

The Lottery’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket. All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp.

Purchasers are not required to purchase a 50/50 Extra Lottery ticket or a Big Summer Bucks Lottery ticket to be eligible to purchase a Full House Lottery ticket.

PRIZES:

All prizes are purchased unless otherwise noted. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no substitutes. All prizes, including vacation prizes, must be claimed within 3 months of the prize draws.

The transfer of Grand Prize 1; the Legacy Signature Grand Prize Dream Home to the winner will be completed by May 31, 2025.

For Grand Prize 1; the Legacy Signature Grand Prize Dream Home, the winner will receive the Legacy Signature Grand Prize Dream Home in addition to a 2025 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Tributo Italiano and $20,000 cash. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winners or the foundations are not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated retail value and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Vehicle winners are responsible for any travel cost associated with claiming their prize in Edmonton. Vehicle prize delivery may be delayed due to current market and supply line challenges.

For Grand Prize 2; Dream Vacations for Life, the winner will receive a one-time payout of $210,000 cash.

For Grand Prize 3; Fritz Tiny Home, the winner will have their choice between $250,000 gift certificate to Fritz Tiny Home or a $200,000 cash alternative to be paid out as a one-time payment. Should the winner choose the gift certificate instead of the cash alternative, the prize will be issued in the form of a $250,000 account credit to Fritz Tiny Home. Production timelines may vary and are subject to availability at time of securement, and any upgrades and/ or additional features that go above the value of the account credit issued of $250,000.00 will be the responsibility of the winner.

Vacation winners will have the choice between a travel gift certificate or a cash alternative. All other prizes are to be claimed at the retailer. Full House Lottery and its suppliers are not responsible for any costs incurred to pick up prizes. The winners are responsible for all shipping costs if they choose to have their prizes shipped to them.

The winner of the 50/50 extra will get up to half of a $3,056,000 jackpot, (maximum cash prize of $1,528,000) Prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutes. Prize must be claimed within
3 months of the draw date.

There will be 94 Big Summer Bucks cash prizes will be awarded Saturday, June 21, 2025 through to Monday, September 22, 2025 with a total prize value of $315,000. There are two cash prizes of $25,000 on June 21and September 22, twenty-seven cash prizes of $5,000 on June 28, 29, July 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27, August 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31 and September 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21 and sixty-five prizes of $2,000 on the remaining days. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no substitutes.

If after a period of 3 months (from the draw date) a winner cannot be located, the prize will then revert to the property of the University Hospital Foundation and the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation upon AGLC approval. Should a prize become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Lottery’s control, the Lottery reserves the right to award the winner fair market value of the prize. NOTICE ADVISING TICKET PURCHASERS:

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket. Ticket sellers will advise all adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under the age of 18 on a ticket due to the Public Trustee Act. Tickets may only be purchased or sold in Alberta.

Both the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation and the University Hospital Foundation respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by Full House Lottery will be used by the Lottery and Foundations to process ticket orders, notify winners, send out lottery information in 2025 and future years, and to contact you regarding marketing and fundraising efforts, research, promotional information, and events, through email, phone or mail. If you do not wish to be contacted by either Foundation, please call 1-800-441-0465.

Any refund requests will be individually investigated. After determining the validity of the request, the official ticket number will be cancelled, and a refund cheque issued within 24 hours of the decision to refund.
