It is with great pleasure that we announce Rick Santos as Davis Martindale\u2019s new Managing Partner.<\/h4>\n

In 2009 and after only 3 years with the firm, Rick was invited into Partnership. As Managing Partner, he will now manage our team of 95+ professionals.<\/p>\n

\u2018We thank Bruce for his many years of contributions to the firm as a Tax Partner and as our Managing Partner. His leadership and selflessness has set our firm up for success.\u2019<\/em>\u00a0Rick Santos, new Managing Partner<\/p>\n

Bruce Barran, along with the other Partners, felt it was time for the senior leadership to change and transition to keep up with the rapidly changing business world.<\/p>\n

\u2018Rick has been an integral part of the leadership team for the past few years and brings with him new ideas on how to implement change including how to be adaptive to technology changes.<\/em>\u2019 Bruce Barran, Partner (previous Managing Partner)<\/p>\n

Along with his Managing Partner duties, Rick concentrates on providing assurance and corporate finance services to our clients within numerous industries including construction, healthcare, manufacturing, not-for-profit and professionals. He was a part-time professor at King\u2019s University College (Western) for 10 years and is still strongly committed to being active in his community including coaching, board positions and two Treasurer Positions.<\/p>\n

\u2018I look forward to solidifying our firm as the independent mid-market leader in Southwestern Ontario, building on our current depth of service offering to our clients, and leveraging technology to continually enhance our client experience.<\/em>\u2019 Rick Santos, new Managing Partner<\/p>\n
