Success & Succession

As we transition into the next phase of our development as a company, I take this opportunity to thank all who have supported us over the last 22 years.

Without your faithful support we would not have been able to grow from our humble beginnings into who we are today.

At the beginning of 2015 my daughters Giselle De Melo and Marissa Cutts stepped into the roles of President and Vice President respectively. Over the past 18 months they have more than demonstrated their ability to not only lead the company, but to continue to encourage growth while maintaining the vison and values on which I founded the organization.

I am very proud that we have many members of the family working at Anchem. My son Sherman Vieira who works with the Accounting Team, and my son-in-law Andrew Cutts, our Senior Account and Special Projects Manager. Our third generation is represented by my eldest grandchildren, Brooke Richards in Customer Service and Dale Richards, in Production. Their presence assures the continuation of the company as a family enterprise and offers ongoing support to our dedicated staff and faithful customers.

Part of this transition is the modernization of our website and logo, which will take us into the future.

The new image does not in any way change our approach of being customer dedicated but reflects our commitment to improve our operation as we move forward.

Thank you again for your support and we look forward our continued partnership.
